The Opportunity Network is the Storey-managed end-use portal: a single source of truth for every Section 106 employment, training and procurement commitment as the building moves from handover into occupation.

The Opportunity Network is where every job, apprenticeship, placement and training place created at Network gets offered to Camden residents first. Apprenticeships at Level 2 and Level 3 are ringfenced for people who live in the borough. Paid work placements run with Camden schools for 16+ students on STEAM-relevant routes. Every job pays at least the London Living Wage, checked against the rate by Camden Council on a quarterly review. Vacancies are shared with Good Work Camden so their advisors can put residents forward. Camden SMEs are introduced to the supply chain through Meet the Buyer events. Camden keeps a record of every commitment Derwent agreed to when planning was granted, for ten years.
